Anti-Harassment Inquiry Committee (AHIC)
SABS University is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In compliance with The Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010 and HEC policy (Revised 2025), the university has constituted the Anti-Harassment Inquiry Committee (AHIC) to address complaints and ensure a dignified campus environment.

Terms of Reference (ToRs)
- Inquire into complaints of harassment in accordance with relevant laws and HEC policy
- Ensure prompt, fair, and confidential investigation of all complaints
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions to the Competent Authority
- Promote awareness regarding harassment policies and prevention mechanisms
- Ensure implementation of the Code of Conduct as per applicable regulations
- Submit periodic reports to the Competent Authority
Tenure of the Committee
The committee shall function for a period of two (02) years from the date of notification.
